Article II. Purpose 
It has been decided that ISOCBD would like to extend the scope of  Internet to the grass root level of this developing country and facilitate broader and fairer access to information and communication networks and services as well as provision of information. This chapter of Internet society will serve the society's purposes by serving the interest of a segment of the global internet community through a local presence, focus on local issues and development, and use of  local languages This chapter will serve persons who live or work in Bangladesh only 

Article III.  Membership 
The chapter shall have two classes of members: Organizational Members and Individual Members All members of a chapter shall also be members of the Internet Society. Membership in the Chapter shall be open to all ISOC members in the locality served by the Chapter upon request and payment of any local dues, as determined by the Executive Committee Student membership shall be open to all full-time students; student membership dues shall be determined he Executive Council, but shall not exceed 75 percent of regular member dues

It is decided that the officers shall be elected at the annual Election (or Business) meeting. They shall take office on date and serve for define term of office. They shall take office immediately upon election and serve until their successor is elected. 

Article IX. - Meetings 
The Chapter shall hold meetings only in places that are open and accessible to all members of  the Society. As planned by the executive committee regular meetings shall be held quarterly from now on.
