Minutes of the Meeting of  2nd ISOC Bangladesh Chapter ( In Formation )

Venue: China Town, Dhanmondi, Dhaka


A meeting was held starting at 4.00 pm on Thursday 14th December, 2000 at China town Dhanmondi Dhaka, attended by ISOC Bangladesh Chapter members for the purposes of discussing the proposed Memorandum of Association of Internet Society of Bangladesh chapter and its affiliation and registration with the Bangladesh Govt. The draft MOA was proposed by the secretary of chapter which was prepared by the organising secretary. A general discussion was held and all the members took part in the discussion and gave their valued suggestions to add in the draft MOA. Pl. find attached a copy of the proposed MOA herewith and If anyone feels important points are excluded, please post them as early as possible with your recommendations. Your recommendations and suggestions will be highly appreciated
