4.                  Agenda

Mr. Shahid Uddin Akbar will be acting as the Organizing Secretary and Mr. Gaffar Dhali as the Treasurer of the Chapter;

A project to establish 8-10 village information centres utilizing the backbone of SDNP Bangladesh will be submitted to the ISOC HQ within a short period;

A time slot will be requested in the next APAN Dhaka Symposium during January 28-29, 2005;

Two interns will be provided to ISOC BD members for web site design and maintenance;

Two interns will be offered to ISOC BD members for capacity development;

Four interns will be offered to ISOC BD members for working in the SDI Data Bank of SDNP Bangladesh.

 5.                  Miscellaneous

 Executive committee will meet at least once in each month.
